The Department of Religion of Seton Hall University and Peace Islands Institute presented an Abraham’s Table, a lunch and panel discussion, on Wednesday, December 9 in the Bishop Dougherty Student Center. The topic of discussion by representatives of the three Abrahamic religions – Judaism, Christianity, and Islam – was the meaning of the word Peace in each religious tradition.

Panelists speaking about Peace will be Rabbi Alan Brill, Cooperman -Ross Endowed Chair in honor of Sister Rose Thering; Dr. Jason Tramm, Associate Professor of Music; Anisa Mehdi, documentary filmmaker and student in the Department of Jewish-Christian Studies; and Dr. Anthony Sciglitano, Chairman, Department of Religion.
